• Articles: essays and studies, subject to double-blind peer review.
• Notes: case notes and legal commentaries, assessed by a member of the Editorial Board and a member of the Scientific Committee.
• Papers (beginning with Volume XXV, 2027): short contributions without footnotes on current legal issues, replies to other Papers, book reviews and papers presented at conferences, normally assessed by the Editorial Board within fifteen days. Papers are not peer-reviewed and are clearly labelled accordingly.

Manuscripts should be submitted to the Editorial Board at direzione.giureta@gmail.com. Authors are kindly requested to consult the Author Guidelines and the Publication Ethics statement before submission.
